Pam St. Clement is an English actress who was born in Harrow-on-the-Hill but later moved to live in Mundesley in Norfolk. St Clement is best known for her portrayal of Pat Evans in the BBC TV series EastEnders. She is now one of the programme's longest serving cast members.
