Aldenham Country Park is a 175 acre woodland and parkland park set around a large reservoir. Attractions include Winnie-the-Pooh’s 100 Aker Wood with the homes of Pooh Bear, Christopher Robin, Piglet, Eeyore and Owl all recreated in association with the Disney Corporation; a rare breeds farm famous for its Aldenham Longhorn Cattle; there are lakeside and nature trails; a children’s adventure play area and a toddlers play area; plus a picnic site. There is also angling, horse-riding, sailing and plus an annual craft fair. Fields are available for special events. A conservation programme has made the area a wildlife haven.  In the sixties and seventies Christopher Lee stalked many of his 'Dracula' victims in the park.
