The popular Britons Arms became a coffee house in 1951 and has maintained a reputation for excellence ever since. The combination of traditional cooking and delicious new ideas using local products and seasonal ingredients has established a regular clientele amongst local people and visitors alike. Situated in the heart of medieval Elm Hill in the centre of the historic city of Norwich, the Britons Arms is one of three remaining thatched buildings in this historic city (c1420). They also have a secluded terraced garden for the summer and an open fire for wintery days.
