The Ecotech Centre is a Centre for Sustainability close to the market town of Swaffham. This environmentally friendly unique visitor attraction specialises in sustainability and environmental issues; it is also an environmental education facility. There is an exhibition area, organic garden, heritage orchard, gift shop and the Orchard Café. Visitors can also view the UK's first multi-megawatt wind turbine. Guided tours for the wind turbine are usually available (booking recommended). However, Health & Safety restrictions apply as there are over 300 steps! The Centre is home to the local cinema and hosts various exhibitions.
