Gaddesden Place is a grade II listed building reputed to be Wyatt's first country work in the English Palladian style. The house is set in an elevated position overlooking the beautiful Gade valley and enjoys one of the finest views in the Home Counties. Whilst not open to the public, there are events from time to time and the house offers high quality do-it-yourself livery and the Gaddesden Place Riding and Driving for the Disabled. There are some beautiful pubs, charming villages and delightful country walks around the estate.
