The charming Hare and Hounds on Sopwell Lane is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of the historic city of St Albans. The pub serves real ale and the menu often features local produce and game meats. They even appeared on 2006’s UKTV’s Market Kitchen and received a nomination to the final stages of UKTVs Local Food Hero in 2007.
