Helmingham Hall & Gardens

Printer friendly version >
The beautiful moated Helmingham Hall surrounded by its magnificent deer park and the Tollemache family have been together for hundreds of years. The house was built in a traditional half-timbered style with an overhang to the upper floor both outside and inside the courtyard. There have been a number of changes in external appearance, but the basic form of a courtyard manor house hasn’t altered. The house is not open to the public but the delightful gardens of unsurpassable beauty are. The Coach House Tea Rooms serve cream teas and cakes every day when the gardens are open.
