Huntonbury Village is a residential area next to Leavesden Country Park 3 miles from Watford close to the village of Abbots Langley. It is part of the grounds of Leavesden Asylum erected in 1868. The park covers an area of over 27 hectares and consists of walking and biking paths, a football pitch, wildlife areas and a children’s play area. Public footpaths surround the park and lead to the communities of Abbots Langley, Bedmond, Garston and Kings Langley. Also located on the grounds of are the Woodlands YMCA and the Charters Health Club.
