Famous for its many rock concerts over the years, Knebworth House has been home to the Lytton family since 1490. The house is a unique gothic fantasy mansion with turrets, griffins and gargoyles. The interior is also unique. Inside there is a magnificent Jacobean banqueting hall, a high gothic state drawing room, regency elegance in the bedrooms and 20th century influences in the entrance hall, dining parlour and library. There are 25 acres of beautiful gardens, including a maze, a dinosaur trail with 72 life size dinosaurs and 250 acres of parkland with herds of red and sika deer, a children's giant adventure playground and a miniature railway.  They host many family focussed events during the year.
