Munden House is owned by Lord Knutsford and is not open to the public. However there are public foot paths passing through the estate, including the Hertfordshire Way. A walk begins in Bricket Wood Common through meadows and fields to the manor house passing the beautifully converted Nether-wylde Farm, which has also been used as a filming location, along the River Colne and River Ver to Moor Mill Inn. The Mill serves food so could offer a welcome lunch or refreshment stop. The walk continues through the woods to the River Ver and the Verulamium finishing in St Albans.
