Printer friendly version >

A 'House of memories' and a striking memorial telling the story of this historic airfield and its people from 1916 to 1964. The museum is housed in the former RAF North Weald Station Office and sets out to tell the story of the service personnel and civilians who lived, worked, flew, fought and died there since the airfield first opened in 1916. It also tells the story of a famous airfield which protected the city of London during two world wars.
