The Rookery Café is actually a truck stop on the Welwyn Green roundabout behind Hatfield House, the star attraction in the area. Hatfield House is a fine Jacobean mansion in a spectacular countryside setting surrounded by parkland. Visitors can enjoy the extensive parkland and there is a play area for children with an events programme throughout the year.
