Built in 1398 and formerly a coaching in, The Bull Hotel is a traditional black and white Tudor style listed building. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2005 to generate a feeling of warm and cosy ambience but it has still retained connections with its past; there is an open fire in the winter. They describe themselves as a “High Street Pub with Bedrooms” and are located at the bottom of the High Street in the charming market town of Halstead. There is an extensive menu with homemade and vegetarian choices.
