Get Him to the Greek reunites Russell Brand and Jonah Hill with Forgetting Sarah Marshall director Nicolas Stoller in the story of a young record company executive with three days to drag an uncooperative rock legend to Hollywood for a comeback concert. Aaron Green (Hill) is an ambitious 24-year-old who has been given a career-making assignment. His mission is to fly to London and the escort the said ‘rock god’ to the world famous Greek Theatre in Los Angeles. His record mogul boss, Sergio Roma (Sean Combs), however has one warning, the artist is the worst person on Earth, turn your back on him at your own peril.

    The historic location of Hatfield House became Aldous (Russell Brand) and Jackie Q’s (Rose Byrne) country home. A whole sequence where Rose dumps Aldous was filmed on location at the stately home but will only be available in the additional or cut scenes when the picture goes to DVD.

    Russell Brand was part of a 100-strong crew that filmed in different parts of Stansted Airport where hilarious scenes were shot. East of England Tourism were asked if they wanted to place an advertising poster promoting the East of England as a tourist destination in the corridor used for one scene involving Brand.
