This family comedy was directed by Stephen Bayly and based on a children’s detective novel by Anthony Horowitz called The Falcoln’s Malteser which was modified for the screen and subsequently titled Just Ask for Diamond. It tells the tale of a rather astute 13-year-old boy, Nick Diamond (Colin Dale) and his incompetent elder brother, Tim (Dursley McLinden) who are paid to look after a box of confectionery. There are various characters though who will seemingly stop at nothing to get the box.
