The award winning BBC's Little Britain is a slice of modern life that delights in all that is mad, bad, quirky and generally bonkers about the people and places of Britain. The characted based sketch show first appeared on BBC radio and then on television in 2003. It is written by comedy duo Matt Lucas and David Walliams.

A private mansion near Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire becomes Hill Grange Health Spa where Bubbles Devere bumps into her ex-husband, Roman, and his new wife, Deriree, at the health spa. Bubbles begins to fight Diseree for Roman's affections until Roman finally concedes the reason he left Bubbles, that she was too skinny!

Maggie Blackamoor and Judy Pike are two English ladies in their fifties from the Women's Institute. In the scene filmed at Letchmore Heath the two ladies are out walking Maggie's Old English Sheepdog when it takes a familiar disliking to a Chinese Shi-tzu by vomiting over the dog and it's owner.
