Directed by James Ivory and based on the novel by Arianna Huffington with screenplay by Ruth Prawer Jhabvala, Surviving Picasso was not well received by critics and tells the tale of the turbulent love affair between Pablo Picasso (Anthony Hopkins) and his mistress Franciose Gilot (Natascha McElhone).
