Regrettably the film had a limited release, so its audience was not substantial. This had an impact on any film/TV tourism. In fact Ray Sandham, the property manager at Felbrigg House, reported that there had been ‘no significant increase’ in visitors as a result of the film prior to the DVD release. Another reason for the lack of film/TV tourism impact cited by a number of the locations which featured could have been attributed to the fact that so many large houses were used in the filming, and that when characters moved from one room to another, they actually moved from one location to another. It would therefore be difficult for viewers to determine what shot where. Locations used in the East of England include:
